Democratic Primary Debate

Yes.

Buttigieg seems to be the best orator and communicator, but he's ten years too early. Biden's getting older and dumber. I like the overall policies of Sanders and Warren, but they will alienate moderate suburbanites and pro-business urbanites, and I fear a centrist technocrat will launch a third party bid if either of them are nominated. Harris' stances over time are more convoluted than a strand of DNA, and she will have problems with working class whites in the Rust Belt.

This feels a lot like 2004, where you had a clown car full of candidates who were neither horrible nor transformative, but "meh".

The best hope is that the economy slows down over the next year and puts enough wind at the back of whoever the Democrats nominate to take down Trump.
