Having inside knowledge of this issue I would first like to point out you have never even brought this issue up directly with Depanneur. How ever you come on a public forum and insinuate that they are doing this on purpose and to every order. Using words like "ripping customers off" is just such childish slander and really not helpful other than creating drama where there is none. The fact is there was an issue with the way you were rung up.

I have been told that many times when Square POS software makes and updates it can causes an issue with certain items and adds the catering service charge to non-catering orders. Staff has been told to watch for this and correct when and if it happens.

You should not have been charged this and they do not charge people this. Please in future resist from the public forum drama posts, and be a civil person by speaking to small businesses, as opposed to online slander. It's just not helpful. You are putting many employees jobs and the livelihoods of small business owners in jeopardy at the behest of your attacks.
