Eventually, I received an email response from someone named Jeff Joseph, who seems to be one of the principals at Magne-Script. At first, Jeff was pretty suspicious as to who I was and why I wanted the transcripts/videos; when I explained that I'm just a private citizen and my interest revolved around publishing them online, he basically said "no way" and stopped responding to me. They are not considered public records (since they were never used in a trial) and I don't believe they can be copyrighted (since they are not an original work of authorship and don't fall into any of the copyrightable categories), but they are the property of Magne-Script and it seems they can refuse to provide copies and/or impose limitations on usage. I waited a couple of weeks and then contacted him again to ask if they would provide copies under the condition that I not publish or share them with anyone, and he said yes, they would do that. The price he quoted was $2.40 per page, which also includes the DVDs. My personal curiosity aside, I couldn't justify spending that much money or trying to crowd-fund it, given that I wouldn't be able to share them with anyone - so I never took him up on the offer. Prior to all of this, I had contacted Walter Kelly by email to see if he had copies, and he responded right away wondering who I am and why I was asking.
