Government has many problems that a few smart people could solve with technology. Guess how that goes.

• add periodic requirement to utilize new website.

• do not consolidate requirements or streamline process in any way.

• use the most cryptic, computer-generated web address possible for it.

• do not have a central list of all the requirements and their cryptic web addresses. that one underpaid contractor in obscure department next door knows how to find each one.

• require 34-character passwords using a combination of hieroglyphics that needs to be changed every week.
