Can we get a PC part list of components namely mobo and any piece that has a fan IE fan models and gpu model?

Are all case and CPU fans plugged into motherboard or straight power? Do u know what fans are causing the noise? One way to test is just stop the fan with your finger to pinpoint them, stopping them just for a sec won't cause any harm. If u think it needs cleaned just use canned or compressed air. If it's CPU fan new thermal paste could help if temps seem higher than average. Once we pinpoint the fans we can figure out the best way to tackle your issue. The aesthetics aren't great but on my wife's 770 and my 3GB 1060 I took the gpu fans off and just ziptied a normal case fan to the gpu , runs quieter and cooler than those small gpu fans.
