A single race did not found American society. People of different cultural and ethnic backgrounds did. If you really care about the descendants of the founding fathers being more entitled in this country than other people, then why stop at just white? We should be talking about British American society, not simply white society.

This idea that just because you're white you are more American than others is just bullshit. An African American probably has more in common with the Founding Fathers than a first generation Russian American; yet because the latter is white and the former isn't, the African American is somehow a minority and is less American than the Russian American.
