Pet owners in general. I life on an Island in Asia. You can't imagine how many foreigners bring their fucking pets here just to leave them to themselves. Can't walk down any side-street without dogs either barking or straight up attacking you. Shelter has no capacity and can't neuter fast enough to keep up with leaving behind new pets. Everywhere you go there will be litter all over the place because street dogs go for the trashcans, and all the cats are just decimating the native wildlife population

Volunteering for animal shelters has me realized that no amount of patching the symptoms will solve the problem.

I wish we could talk about implementing strict laws about owning pets, but so many people get upset the second you talk about potentially taking away their rights to own a pet
