Destiny On Amouranth Losing Ad Revenue

There is no way there is a provision that says twitch can change the terms unilaterally without the other party agreeing, because then it is not a contract.

I'm not even saying Twitch specifically has this in their contracts, it was purely speculation on my part.

Regardless, they don't even necessarily need a sketchy amendment within the contract itself to fuck you over, like you just said yourself most of the time these contracts and rules they write are purposely vague.

So, say you sign a contract with Twitch and in that contract it says "I agree to abide by the rules Twitch has set forth. Breaking said rules nullifies this contract". Then Twitch goes over to it's Rules and Guidelines and says "Blah blah blah if we at Twitch decide that you've broken our insanely vague community guidelines the contract is null and void."

Boom. You're fucked. That's all it takes.

That's my entire point. When you sign a contract with a company like Twitch they aren't writing that contract or those rules so they can bend in the streamers favour, they write them so they can be bent in Twitch's favour. They literally pay lawyers hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to make sure TWITCH is protected, not you.

I'm not even saying I agree with anything Twitch is doing. I don't use Twitch. I fucking hate that entire website. I think the company and the platform itself is a cancer on our society. That being said I can't fucking stand Amouranth, someone who has clearly broken very clear and obvious rules and has been getting away with it for literal years.

I wish Twitch wasted infested with titty streamers. At least if it wasn't I'd feel OK with sharing a few smaller channels with my niece and nephew but I don't want them to be inundated with pieces of shit like Amouranth.
