US detainees in North Korea may have been relocated: Sources

I'm just sitting here reading through the comments wondering why Trump is being attributed to the peace talks.

Mostly because the only difference between right now and like three years ago is that Trump is President. The real reason, we won't really know. There was talk about how the weird earthquake-thing in NK late last year was their nuclear program going up in smoke so Jong-un is giving up things because NK's nuke capability is gone, which was his primary bargaining chip. Others are saying China finally put its foot down. For all we know, maybe Jong-un really likes President Moon

The weird thing is how the people giving Trump credit can't really justify the jump from taunting Jong-un on Twitter, along with the whole "fire and fury" bit from a long while ago, to suddenly masterminding this whole thing.
