Yes, had 2 reasons which I explained honestly to HR and then direct manager.
Pay was very low vs. market for my experience and what I was doing.
I was bored.
Tried for a transfer within company first, had some options but they didn't work out.
After that I asked for a specific raise and told them it's not negociable and also reasonable for my position. Also told them I started looking for other jobs. HR argued it's too much according to their policies, but that wasn't my problem.
They eventually got me the raise but a bit too late, was already in interviews and got a much better offer. I told my manager the same day I accepted an offer and next day left my 2 week notice to HR.
I was lucky to have a manager that was understanding and honest, but in big corporations they don't have a lot of say in budgets and projects.
Had my legal minimum 2 weeks notice period and went on my merry way.
Honestly, the raise I asked from them was also below market and would have only delayed my leave for another 6months or so. I also didn't like asking for it, not my style. And they had a habit of not giving raises or bonuses.
