Diagnosed with Grave's Disease, maybe Lupus too?

What do you mean by break down? The only antibody test I’ve ever had done besides TSI last month was Ebstein Barr Virus 6 and 4 years ago because they refused to look at anything else. The rheumatologist saw nothing because they didn’t order any autoimmune panels, the original ANA staining test I had was a year after seeing the rheumatologist and was done by my family nurse practioner. The rheumatologist immediately diagnosed with me with CFS when I saw them the one and only time because of how dismissive they were and prescribed me gabapentin without looking at any of my symptoms. She basically said “you’re 18 and too young to be having arthritis or any of these other problems”.

Thank you for your opinion. Although I disagree that there isn’t another underlying condition that I have, your opinion that it probably isn’t Lupus makes sense.
