DICE_FireWall, design director on Battlefront II checking in!

Hey Dennis! Nice to see you on Reddit.

I just want to take the opportunity to say that as someone who still really enjoys and plays Battlefront 2015 consistently I am very thrilled for the next installment as this game looks promising.

However I have one concern for the next game, it's evident that you and the rest of the studios are listening a lot to the community considering the awesome things we've heard so far which is great. Although my main concern is post-launch communication and updates. BF15 had a lot of small and big issues that took forever to be fixed/changed (e.g. Helmetless Stormtroopers, speeder bike teamkilling, Lando Glitch etc.) and there was little to no communication and it was frustrating because we had no idea if these things would get fixed because many things took literally months even it was something that was game-breaking such as the Lando Glitch, many people quit the game because of this, I personally quit the game for about a month or two because I couldn't handle all of the issues.

Also even right now there are still some glitches and balancing issues in the game which can be quite irritating, for example on the Goazon Badlands map there is an obnoxious glitch spot in the cave that was discovered in the first month of the map's release where you can go through a wall that you can't shoot through yet it is still not patched and I see many people exploiting this glitch almost daily on HH and HvV and it can be almost impossible to kill people in it.

I'm sure there was some behind the scenes reasons as to why these existing problems were prolonged however with 3 studios working on this next game and how much you guys have been working hard for the past 2 years to appease the community I don't see why at the very least a few people from all 3 studios could communicate with us as well as fixed issue at a quicker rate.

But don't get me wrong i'm not asking for each and entire studio to be on Twitter/Reddit 24/7 and for the game to be absolutely perfect on launch and nothing less, but what i'm trying to say is that even doing so much as simply saying that you guys are working on a fix or your progress on the fix for even a "small" thing such as helmetless stormtroopers for example can make a huge difference and it can possibly prevent people from quitting the game as it shows that you guys are actually listening to the player base and trying to improve the game.

TL;DR The entire community would appreciate it if the developers of the next game would be vocal with us as well as fixed issues quicker.
