Dick's Sporting Goods sued by ammo-supplier for breach of contract

They are actively infringing the rights of every American citizen between the ages of 18 and 21. I could honestly care less about their selection of firearms, but my son who just turned 21 got his first handgun given to him on his birthday by me. I did a walk through of Dick’s for the first time after their policy change about three months ago. I bought a couple of boxes of shells that they were losing money on. They asked my age as a guy in his forties, and I just stared at the clerk and said “I really need to go get my 20 year old son to buy some ammo today.” before stating my birthday. Wal-mart doesn’t get my firearms business either most of the time for the same reason. If an 18 year old has to register for selective service, pay taxes, and can serve in the military then they can have the same rights as you and me.
