yeah but how long does it take to get to the "stay healthy" mode? obviously that is unique to each person, but can the physio give a target? And why am I considered catastrophizing if I ask whether it is a process that should take >1 year more, given that it has taken me a year of skilled intervention to get to this point and the physio thinks that I still am not doing enough? the physio said that the APTA activity guidelines are insufficient, but it is up to me to figure out what is appropriate. It's like I have to learn how to be an athlete at 40 and everyone thinks it is a "duh" skill.
aargh! so frustrating. thanks for reading my vent.
