I swear to god a huge part of it was that I don't like Kingdom Hearts. People think I'm crazy when I say that, but her attitude drastically changed when I told her.

It was one of her favourite games and I'd never been a fan, but in order to not upset her I decided to give it another try when we first started dating. The problem was, she wanted to watch me play it so we could react to "the cool parts" together. Hiding my frustrations with the game was so, so hard. It's just not my cup of tea. I like the story well enough, but the gameplay just put me off (please don't crucify me if you like the game). She picked up on my frustrations and told me angrily to stop playing it.

We dated for a while after that but she was more often than not distant and would be frustrated when I didn't understand her KH references. Not long after she broke it off. And that kids is how Kingdom Hearts destroyed my relationship.
