I'll say this: Its dumb as Hell to just up and quit over something like this. And while I do stand with trans rights and LGBTQ+ in all ways, I am kind of curious why this was added into the game? Its good for debug purposes, but I am fairly sure trans people can't just hit a button at will to switch genders in real life.

For a game that is supposed to be realistic to the point of allowing your character to die in a 100 different ways just by opening a door, shouldn't there be more too it if you wanted to switch genders?

Why not just allow more gender choices when you create your character? I am just thinking of immersion purposes here. I don't know a single trans person that just switches genders midwalk on our way to the park.
