How so? False premises, boring word choice and predictable punchlines aren't signs of good writing.

If you're listening to someone's set and can 100% of the time guess the next word or guess the next punchline then its bad writing.

Oh also his POV is getting people killed. It's not just silly and its not separate from or less important than his comedy. If dude wants to keep telling jokes for no money, then they're "just jokes".

If you want jokes to pay your rent on a home in the real world then you can't argue that "comedy is art and immune to criticism and poltics". If you want comedy to help you in the real world ($$$) then you SHOULD be held accountable for the real world of effects of the ideas you're advocating.
