Dieting too hard?

You have obviously made some type of error. Unless you are extremely active and exercise, there is no way you could burn 2900 calories per day at 5'7, 163lbs, 19 years old. These are screen shots from website that I inserted your info in to calculate your BMR for a day(roughly 1800): https://i.gyazo.com/b9c10960ffa77cf5adc9f9954154541a.png https://i.gyazo.com/a2032e0514ed1da03df77ef5d52a8b76.png https://i.gyazo.com/4a7083817bf8ab7b194d9ce38ed2d7e8.png https://i.gyazo.com/d365572905e8274bc2f80c6f5746e974.png https://i.gyazo.com/7174c4e17bb404cd73692273a5acf035.png I used these sites:

Try entering the info yourself to see what comes up. If you don't mind, you can sent a picture of what your are eating, because if you are eating anything close to 2900 calories per day, you are in a big surplus. I'm just trying to help, so take everything with a grain of salt.
