Differences between a Sexual 6 and Sexual 8?

You said that in your opinion people are not a deliberate Js cannot be a 6. Okay, I still don't agree. Ps can definitely be 6. There are many 6s who can be xNTPs. Or xxxPs. You're of thinking in absolutes, which is not the case. I've met INTPs who are 6s, so it's possible. Your list definitely describes an xNTP's thought process. INTJs and ENTJs can be neat, messy, disorganized, organized, and neat, but the whole point is they like to work with things that can be acted upon or what works in the real world. Te shows up by having data to back it up, not necessarily caring about that data. My close friend is an INTJ and he doesn't do the whole "I need it to make sense to me" but how does it work in the world and what's the purpose of this data. INTPs and ENTPs can think of real world applications, of course, but because of Ti, they have to make sure what their frameworks or whatever they're doing makes sense to them. Or at least be accurate. I'm an ENTP, so I can definitely understand this process.

Now, your two last points can be applied to xNTPs. Ne can manifest itself by being a type where they can consistently think about possibilities, potential scenarios, and doubting what course of action to take because they're considering all the possibilities. Ti can do the same thing because everything needs to make sense to them before they can act.

The difference though is INTP 6 would be stuck in Ti-Si (some INTPs are stuck using Ti-Si) which would mean they overthink scenarios that must be perfect, but procastinate because they're stuck with possibilities or stuck with what they have done in the past. AKA what's comfortable for them. They would need an outside force to help them decide a course of action or be stuck in delibration which is Ti-Si again or Ti-Ne. The same applies to ENTPS where Ne can talk themselves on a ledge with doubting what course of action to take based on patterns, possibiltiies, and understanding. This ENTP would then make sure it makes sense to them and the framework is strong, which again, would take more delibration and thinking. They're also less risky than other ENTPs because of Si inferior.

If it's an ISTP or ESTP, it would be Ti again or Se repeating or acting out based on the likely scenario (going towards their fear in some cases). You're thinking of 6s and the MBTI types in terms of very strained thinking, when one, 6s are very common, and two, there are various reasons how the hypervigilance thing can appear. It's not just spontaneity or thinking. The spontaneity thing makes little sense because one 6s do this thing where they can go back and forth between believing a specific thing about themselves and then not.

That's because of self-doubt and not trusting themselves (if they're at an average level, of course). That can definitely appear as Ne, Ti, Ni, Te, Si. No cognitive function is mutually exclusive to an enneagram type. I don't want to continue going back and forth on this, but you should consider re-reading what each type offers and MBTI again. There's some confusion going on.
