Being butthurt and downvoting me doesn’t change the fact that no one has cleared the hardest content in the game with this terrible spell and tripling it’s damage won’t even come close to changing that fact given that it’s missing the cast speed multiplier.

In the highest level of content, combining HH buffs + cast speed on gear often puts you at 500%+ cast speed. So you’re losing out on a 6x or higher multiplier, meaning that tripling it’s base damage still doesn’t let it compete with other skills.
