Several jurors admit to that fact. The lawyers jury convicted him of HELPING Shkreli steal from Retrophin. Obviously, that means Shkreli is guilty as well. Because of the lawyers conviction on this, it can, and most likely will, be a part of determining Shkreli's sentencing.
