Disability and FMLA interference? [FL]

I understand about incidental emails and contact, but requesting a certificate for completing training while on FMLA is requesting that I work to complete the training. There's no scenario in which I would have that certificate, unless I worked actual hours while on FMLA, which is illegal to request from me.

Your response didn't address that he asked me to take FMLA later than approved by the company/recommended by a doctor, and it's illegal to discourage an employee from taking FMLA.

You also assume that quarantine interferes with my job functions, it does not, and I was quarantined due to an upcoming medical procedure and being high risk, not due to exposure to covid, so his concern was not about me getting sick.

Other people at the company with similar accomodation requests have been allowed long term telework, not just for 2 weeks, but months on end. My disability accomodation is due to pregnancy, which is why I believe I'm being given a hard time. Others with the same type of telework accomodation are males with diabetes or simply over the age of 65 without other health risks besides age. Other employees have been repeatedly asking me why I'm at work instead of teleworking and I never know how to answer.

Manager interfered with scheduling (separate dept, he does not set my schedule) to try and make me continue to come in and then was upset that FMLA meant that I still couldn't come in. He expected that by getting telework taken off the table he would be able to make me work on site, even though HR and I both explained over email that if telework was not an option I was eligible for FMLA.
