"Disabled" Street Beggar EXPOSED!!

I live in Vegas, when I was homeless, your suggestion would be honestly worthless, because legally any business open to the public is legally required to give you water if you request it, since people can easily die of heatstroke without it, and we have far more homeless people than we do shelters, and they're usually filled insanely quickly. Most food I was given would end up in the garbage because I can only eat so much in one day, and I have no means of saving a cheeseburger you didn't want for tomorrow to eat when I need the food. If People would have taken your advice and never given me money, I'd have died on the streets long ago. No business will hire you when they have no means of contacting you outside of work, or take the chance on hiring a homeless person only for them to steal from you or get high on the job, so it's basically a catch 22. You can't even be a day laborer because we already have an abundance of illegal immigrants that fill those positions. So what would you expect a homeless person to do when they already have access to free water, no available space in a homeless shelter, and in no need of food? I used money people gave to me to save up and buy a cheap pre-paid cell phone, and rent a motel for a few weeks while I desperately searched for jobs while I still had the means to contact the employers without walking to each and every location I applied for, since it took over 80 applications before I was finally able to find a job. Besides, it's not uncommon for people to fuck with homeless people by giving them tampered food, I knew a guy who was given a cheeseburger by a group of guys, only to bite into a patty that had a couple razors stuffed inside and sliced his mouth all to hell to the point where he couldn't talk, and without money, he was just quickly rushed out of the hospital with no pain medication or antibiotics, or another who was given a water bottle that was pissed in. When you're homeless, you become untrustworthy of food given to you by people because of stories like that. Not to mention you always have people who instantly assume you're a drug addict nobody who should just be put down like a dog, and trust me, there are a lot of people who act that way. You're treated sub-human, and people won't even trust you with their pocket change and just say you'll use it for drugs to justify their reasoning of not wanting to give you anything.
