The Disappearence of Andrew Gosden

I feel like this is only a credible theory if it was known for a fact that he was into Sikth. While they are highly regarded now as being a big influence of many contemporary metal bands, they were pretty unknown at the time; almost every mate of mine at that age were into, or at least aware of Slipknot, but basically no-one I knew had heard of Sikth, and even fewer actually liked them (they were pretty "out there") the only other people who liked them were musician nerds. Also worth pointing out Sikth only supported Slipknot on tour in 2016; it's weird but they are honestly so much more well-known now than when they broke up in 2007, and I wonder if that is fuelling this theory a little? To be honest, as a fan (or at least, I was in 2007!) it's pretty surreal to see them being linked to the case in any way, no matter how speculative.

Basically what I'm trying to say is that IF Andrew was known to be a Sikth fan, then I can imagine him taking the trip to London to see them. Their break up was a big deal at the time among their fan base, but I really want to emphasise that that fan base was relatively small.

, and if the theory is based on the fact he liked Slipknot then he may have also liked Sikth because "hey, they play metal music with screaming, downtuned guitars and double bass drums" then its laughable. Would be interesting to ask the family.
