Disappointed by Jaylen Brown's season?

Why are we acting like the 76ers don't have a legit shot at winning the ship?

They are #3. They will light up the Bucks like no one's business. Giannis doesn't have the crew to compete with the 76ers's talent. It's likely Miami may cream an injured Boston without Kyrie. If Boston does advance, they are easy pickings for Philly.

The 76ers have the advantage that the two biggest powerhouses face each other in the second round. God couldn't have planned it better this way. 76ers will compete against Cavs or Toronto, and let's face it. If we look at this objectively, the Cavs are healthy enough right now, the Raptors have had historical playoff meltdowns, and Lebron has historically been to the Finals for many years consecutively. Further the Raps bench will play less minutes in playoffs basketball. LBJ will go hard, and he hasn't lost much of a step.

76ers vs Cavs ECF

Rockets will likely make it out of the West due to their talent (even adjusting for Harden stepping down on playoff games before). GSW is too injured and rattled.

I would say that the 76er have an extremely non-trivial shot at making the finals. And a likely shot at ECF. And if God rolls the dice again and Houston gets injured, they may even win the ship. Embiid, if he plays in a slow down playoffs pace, can easily torch Houston.

I think it all comes down to if the 76ers can beat the Cavs in the ECF.
