Well it’s not just what you said in the first place (nobody is perfect and we may give bad advice or say things that may come from a privileged place) but the way you reacted is kind of a bad look.
I appreciate that you’ve made a post to apologize on your account. You can take actual accountability by telling your followers to stop harassing PoC or minimizing their lived experiences in the comments. There are so many comments on your post saying “people are sensitive/easily triggered” and you agreeing with them and thanking them. That’s kind of missing the point and makes me feel like you maybe haven’t learned the most from this.
