I disagree. This arc has show us Class B has more talented and more capable than Class A. 1st match, Class A barely win, and i believe Shishio played important role in their victory. 2nd match, Class B lose. During this match we have 2 students from Class A who do nothing. Class B are more organized, everyone in Class B has their own role. Kendo only feel like she lose because it wasnt her who knocked her out and during this matched its clearly show Kendo have inferior complex. Match 3 clearly show how strong is Class B. Class B have better plan and better teamwork. I think Class A team more powerful. So, it is amazing they end it with draw. The main reason Class B lose in this 4th match is they didnt know about Bakugou character development. Thats why last chapter, they didnt consider Bakugou as a treat. This chapter, Class B consider Bakugou as the weak link in the team.

So, I disagree. I think Class B is a suitable rival for Class A.
