Page 29 is about how MC doesn't like the notion of casual sex and shows his mother leaving for a date (others have mentioned prostitution, but there's really no evidence of prostitution as far as I can see.. yet). I think it's more about MC having an aloof mom who is dating casually and MC having mommy issues, and not wanting to have a casual sex relationship without intimacy. Maybe he grew up with many different "fathers" over the years or something.

I think the prostitution solution (haha) would be sort of cheap. Lack of intimacy, mommy issues, and a casual sex theme would be far more interesting, but probably a bit uncommon and alienating for most readers of a shounen or even seinen manga I guess.
