Disciplinary at work relating to fraud and I would like to know my rights regarding burden of proof etc please

Are you sure about that? You’re just being unnecessarily negative and horrible about my scenario. I understand realism but your reaction to the whole thing actually make it seem like you are offended by it for some reason. Humour, being subjective, is irrelevant to what’s actually happened here and while it may be the precursor to this issue, I’ve spoken to that and pointed out that what I joked about was merely a joke. Your reaction has been unjustified assumptions and scaremongering when I’m already clearly worried about the outcome. I don’t need a scolding from you and I have reason to believe you have no idea what you’re talking about anyway.
