I think it’s going to be difficult to separate her creation from her no matter how they try. It’s not a comic book universe. The characters were all written and created by one person and the world is only under one umbrella. Without consulting her I think most writers would have a hard time adding to it without her input. If their was one person who could say write a movie in the wizarding world and make it unique but also still part of that world it would be Neil gaiman. Although the game is being purchased it’s not getting the best reviews but then again nothing that’s been made after the end of the series has been well received. The world is maxed out of input from the author but can’t seem to survive without the author.
