I should add, re the work-related stress there was never any suicidal thoughts, self harm or anything like that. Long story short I was being treated very very unfairly at work and this resulted in me being pretty miserable and a bit anxious. The anxiety was more about the muscle twitches. It was a short live vicious circle which ended when I left the job and had a neurologist conclude that I didn't have any neurological disorder or disease.

Side note, I received a substantial pay-out from said employer on the basis of unfair dismissal due to my treatment at that time. Without going into it, what was going on would have caused stress any anybody!
