[Discussion] Cane Corso Basics, First time owners

They are an older couple, inactive, their two other mastiffs are english and ~6 years of age. Lazier than this 13mo old girl, she wants to walk, play, and be active and her previous home doesn't want that. From what I'm told. So she's 13 months old and knows sit/stay/come/down/go lay down/and heels when walking her.

I've seen first hand the training at this academy and several dogs of all ages come out with amazing results.

Gosh. This is EXACTLY what I didn't want to get into. I fully respect your point of view. I tried to address these questions briefly with my first paragraph or two. None of my actual questions were answered by you. Again I respect your opinion, I don't want a back and forth piece on the animal. Let's instead pretend "we have a 13 month old pure blood "AKC" (whats that even mean really) golden retriever coming home after our Vet passed away suddenly, she now needs a home! We've never owned a dog please give us basic tips so we don't have to turn to YouTube!"
