I would read more into it before commenting. It failed Phase 2 because it had specific markers it had to meet for the objections for MDD. Later studies concluded that whilst not that effective for MDD, it was clinically significant for moderate depression. As a byproduct of the trials, they started to discover the potential for treating TBI, Alzheimer's, stroke, cognitive decline etc.

The company is pursuing that separately.

I can talk all day about how many studies for BPC-157‘s benefits are done on rats, rather than humans. That has no bearing on its effectiveness. My private doctor friends specialize treating athletes and BPC is one of their go to.

Nobody has recommended Lithium.
