When playing PoE, I look at the minimap 99% of the time.

Came here to agree with this. I've been actively trying to stop myself from just having the mini map on my screen at all times. Am I really playing PoE, or a really complex maze game where I have to get from point a to point b while blowing up enemies along the way. When I played PoE back in Ambush era, I was able to memorize the tilesets, the types of monsters in the tilesets, neat little things hear and there on the maps, etc. I was able to appreciate the art and vibes of PoE as I played. Now I hardly know anything about the new tilesets that have been introduced, or the monsters, lore, the way things look. I'm just not looking at the game anymore. All I look at is the mini map!
