I’m disagreeing. LVH under any circumstances is bad. A quick google can tell you LVH, depending on the severity, can and will lead to global dysfunction of the heart and eventual heart failure. Now can mild LVH be reversible? Sure. Certain meds are used for this and abstaining from the aggravating factors can help. Enlargement of your heart is never good. Your heart adapts to exercise of all types to work more efficiently. Enlarging is NOT beneficial. I’m on mobile and too lazy to pull up studies or even google anything but I believe my opinion is very relevant since I’m a cardiac ICU nurse. Sorry to sound like a dick. Spreading misinformation is shitty. I’m being a hypocrite by not linking studies so sorry for that lol.
