[DISCUSSION] Logic - Everybody

It's not good.

The message is redundan. The worse part about message is that it targets a minority of people with the same issue. He didn't make it engaging enough for me to sit through it more than 3 times. Which is a shame because I was looking foward to his "new" story telling after he said he's writing scripts. He could've put his biracial issues for maximum 2 songs, and continue his story, maybe talk about other peoples issues. This whole album is a waste of potential. He had Neil deGrasse Tyson working with him. Everything was set up nicely.

The instrumentals are really repetitive. I like them but after a while, we get the same thing. Not enough diversity.

I liked some vocals from guest features. A nice touch. Logic puts out his own vocals on the first track which suprised me. It wasn't bad, it was kinda dominant. He really should experience more with it.

His rapping is the same every fucking track. It's really listening to him rambling, repeating himself, with the same flow, same pace, same words. Go look up how many times he said he's biracial ffs.

Now the booklet, rapgenius annotations, rapgenius videos, to explain his POV is getting a lot of shit. But you guys have to remember that he has a young audience that transfered from the Faze Youtubers. They don't particulary know how to "decypher" shit, even though they weren't anything there to decypher. And they just get exactly his thoughts. Bad for us, good for younglings.

3/10 ; TLDR : repetitive beats, redundant message that isn't that engaging, same flow/pace, good vocals from guest artists. should've focused more on a story than his biracial issue.
