Five questions if anybody wants to field some or all of them.

(1) Which item would you rush with @Fredsun925 's build here? My assumption is to rush Eve to give him sustain in the early game before he's fully tanked up.

(2) Should one take Broken Myth before Shatterglass, or vice versa?

(3) Is Alternating Current, Aftershock, or a 2nd Eve a viable substitute for Broken Myth, or does that nerf your overall endgame damage potential too much? AC in particular to me seems like it should work better with him because if one's opponents aren't heavily armored (for fear of teammates); because you don't have to worry about losing stacks if you're being outran in the mid game.

(4) Along those lines, how soon do you procure Journey boots? Normally I put anything into boots until late game, but with him, he's so slow that I find it difficult to earn kill shots in the early/mid game.

(5) Finally, if the opposing team is burst, heavy on crystal damage, or not heavy on melee, then I presume you would substitute a Slumbering Husk for the Atlas Pauldron, correct?
