Guys I'm really confused.

I love the key views of SJWs. Women's rights, Gay rights. I'm all for that. A gay man should be able to marry the man they fall in love with, and be able to have as much kinky butt fun as they wish without judgement.

I also agree with their stance on calling people out when they have homophobic, racist, or misogynistic views, and that even though tolerance should be shown, acceptance for this must NEVER be shown.

But....

Then you come across the muslim population, and something like 90+% of them feel gay people should never be allowed to have gay sex or engage in any same-sex sexual relations. They believe gay people should force themselves to marry the opposite sex. The majority of them feel being gay is a sin, and again, many think physical punishment is acceptable for this.

And the root of the whole burka and hijab thing is the belief that if women don't cover themselves then men have no self-control to prevent themselves from raping them. That's misogynistic to both genders.

I hear the SJW talk about how bigoted and backwards christians are when they express these views. But why exactly isn't the muslim culture condemned the same or with more intensity by the SJWs? It just seems so hypocritical.

Like... Say, with the asylum seeker issue. If instead of "Let everyone in, they are good people" they said "Let everyone in who isn't misogynistic, racist or homophobic" then that would be a wonderful start. I'm not against muslims, I am against the belief that the majority of muslim's hold. There's nothing wrong with that. And I know SJWs don't have a problem with that, as they have led the way in condemning people for their beliefs.

It is just so frustrating to deal with the hypocrisy. Especially when it comes from your own friends who you KNOW have the best of intentions. :(
