As much as of a legend as Mozart is, his Sonatas get so same-y that it gets boring to listen to. As based as Bach is, he literally invented music theory, so there wasn't much expansion of his own works until his own son (18th child, btw), JC Bach did just that, but he unfortunately doesn't get the credit he deserves, as his best work are his Sonatas for 4 Hands collection.

This leads me into my point, though: The best classical pianist, composer, EVER, is without a doubt, Beethoven. Mozart pieces are like finely crafted jewels, scared to color outside the lines. Beethoven's break all convention and are true EXPRESSIONS and amazing works of art for their breaking of boundaries.
