How is that same bullshit stopped though? Republicans play by their own rules and have no shame or care for precedent, or law really any more. They did the literal opposite of the thing that they blocked before, in a much more egregious manor.

The only way to stop this from happening again is either retaining a majority in the Senate forever (not likely), or through an amendment (which will never pass, because Republicans would never allow a law that limits their ability to subvert the expectations and precedents of their offices in order to fuck over the other side).

I don't think that Biden should stuff the court either. I also don't know what the right move is to prevent Republicans (or anyone) from running amok and subverting our laws given an opportunity.
