[discussion] What products do you use or recommend for dry, sensitive skin with excema?

Seriously recommend colloidal oatmeal, ceramides and panthenol! They're the core ingredients to alleviate those itchy patches, dry flakes, weakened acid mantle and sensitivity issues. Seconding the other comments, research has shown people with dermatitis very often lack sufficient ceramides and skin-identical lipids.

I've got dry, dehydration-prone skin, also prone to bouts of sensitivity, and these ingredients have a been absolutely magical in fortifying my skin. I also stay away from frequent acid/actives usage or chemical exfoliation and alcohol in skincare products. My skin is very non-reactive to EOs, so they're fine for me.

Currently, the Acure Calming Itch & Irritation Lotion, A'pieu Panthenol Ato Cream and A'pieu Madecassoside Cream have been my barrier-healing trifecta. They're all fragranced however, although Acure does have an unfragranced version as well with 2% colloidal oatmeal, the Everyday Eczema Cream.
