Accept the daily reward and all mailed resources (hirelings, guild trader).
Then: Writs, Stable, Fence.
For the actual bulk of playing it varies. If I'm solo, I'll usually look to clear a couple quests in less-challenging areas. My friend and I co-op a lot, so we'll usually decide each day: do we want to focus on a certain map? do we want to clear quests quickly? do we want to do the dailies? Switching it up keeps everything fresh.

I'm horrible at being stealthy, but I've started the Dark Brotherhood storyline. So lately there's a few hours spent in the wilderness near Hammerdeath between dugeons/battlegrounds while I wait for my bounty to dwindle down.
