Do rerolls count? If that's the case, I'm saving for Water Blue New World Riko

Currently have one hundred accounts that I made by hand after hearing about the School Idol Festival Anniversary limited URs that are supposed to come out. I will be logging each in during the upcoming campaigns so that the accounts will get the backgrounds on each acccount.

I've calculated the amount of rolls that I can get, and I will be able to make a 10+1 roll on each account due to the birthdays and login campaigns.

After I (hopefully) get Water Blue New World Riko, I will be saving all of my gems from then on, using only Rares and Normal cards, in order to have a few hundred gems saved up for the next Riko UR card to come out.
