Disinformation Has Become Another Untouchable Problem in Washington

The President was trying to overturn the election and overthrow the duly-elected government.

Through a technical legal loophole. That's not an insurrection.

The mob's actions were bad because of where it took place, but the actual actions that day were pretty tame. The closest to an insurrection we've had in my lifetime was that stupid CHAZ shit, where they actively stated they no longer recognized government authority.

Power was still transferred peacefully. The loophole has now been recognized and will hopefully be addressed.

The bastardization of language is a big part of the reason why division is so bad in this country right now. Words are becoming meaningless, because they're used inappropriately through constant hyperbole.
