Disney doesn’t own more than half of the tv/film industry revenue. You might be thinking of the post that Disney owns more than half of the highest grossing films of all time, which is just 6/10. ESPN alone is about double the worth of Disney with all of it’s assets.

What I was trying to say is that the rumors of Disney knocking out smaller movies out of theaters is the same as Amazon knocking out mom and pop shops. And a few more similarities too.
