Disney Admits Mulan Controversy Pileup Has Created a “Lot of Issues for Us”

...i mean those are facts, and the facts themselves are in fact uncontroversial. disney wants to sell a movie in china, so disney makes the movie in china and gets permission from the chinese government to do that, then credits the government for giving that permission.

nobody has to like those facts...but they are facts...

i guess i'm not sure what people are expecting here? corporations exist to sell goods and services to make profit. disney is doing that. if people really have a problem with this, don't pay to see this movie. and if that's not enough, vote for political candidates who will regulate the entertainment industry i guess? but don't expect a corporation to apologize for doing everything it legally can to make more money...that's what they exist to do, literally.
