Ever met a Disney travel agent? They fucking take the cake.

I had a former friend that one join me a business trip to Denver. It was February both our birthdays were around that time and I thought it would be a good experience.

First red flag she wasn’t a “real” travel agent: even though she lives in a mountain region with massive snow she did not bring winter boots. She claimed she doesn’t own them. She was concerned our flight was going to be canceled due to snow, we left from my house where she saw me wear my boots. She heard me asking if I should bring a second pair (and she’s the same shoe size as me). She did not bring a pair of boots to Denver during a snowstorm.

The only focus was getting anything “free” for her birthday. My business trip was ruined because she was over served by a hotel hoping for a good review. I explain that she’s really not getting free drinks whenever she says “birthday” because I have to tip the bartender.

The hotel had complimentary tokens for guests you could exchange for drinks and bring them up to the room. It was 3 tokens per guest, she was using mine telling the bartender she was bringing getting them for the both of us. Since they were not bottled drinks, she kept asking them to be made strong for her birthday. Then an hour before the event the hotel sends up a bottle of champagne for her birthday and she can barely walk straight. I tried to send her home multiple times during the event, it was beyond humiliating and it screwed the relationship I had with the charity that was honoring me.

We get back to the hotel the nightmare continues. Eventually the hotel HAD to get involved because she was too ballistically intoxicated and violent. The combination of alcohol with the high altitude dehydration was pure rage. The walls to the hotel were all cement and had no cell reception and I was basically trapped in the bathroom using the phone in there for help.

TLDR: Disney travel agents only know how to behave and travel to Disney
