Disney Says ‘Captain Marvel’ Will Be First Pic Held Back From Netflix, Expects $150M Profit Hit In 2019 | Deadline

Maybe the people I know are just normal people?

No because normal people don't watch college basketball. hahaha boring ass game.

And that's not true. You're just guessing. NFL's is 100 bucks a year; MLB's is 50. NBA idk and like I said it sucks anyway so NBA fans get kind of screwed. I'll give you that point. College sports can watched on Hulu Live TV which is 40 bucks a month. If you only care about local versions of the big sports they can all be found on Hulu Live TV as well, and like I said there's a trend where streaming services (in some cases weird ass ones like Twitter) are adopting live tv as well. It's definitely cheaper this way.

You're completely out of it if you think $5 a month is going to be some giant detrimental amount for Pixar, Disney Animation, Star Wars, Marvel, Disney TV etc to most households who are still paying a substantial amount for content. Most will see that as a drop in the bucket, especially if they have any kids or like any of those things themselves.

Rising streaming costs aren't actually acting as the deterrent you think they are, people continue to increasingly subscribe in spite of them.

WHOA NELLY. When did I bring any of this up? They just lettin anybody into OSU now huh?
