So I'll ask the Pure PVP players.. why do you play Division

I've given up Division 2 because I don't enjoy the PvE or the PvP, but I'll answer from a hardcore Division 1 player with over 160 days played, most of it being in the DZ.

The Division PvP is one of the most unique experiences I've ever had in a game, I can't think of one other game that has PvP that is similar to what you find in the DZ. One minute your 4 man group can be absolutely dominating the entire server, the next you're getting dominated. When your group is working really well together and you're able to compete against 8+ players, it's a rush, it's exciting, it can be 30 minutes of tension, but most of all it's fun.

Despite what the majority of this sub thinks, most PvP players in the DZ aren't there to grief, ghank or 4v1 you. If I see a farmer trying to avoid PvPing, I don't chase them, it's not worth the effort and if you're running away then the odds are you're not going to be a challenge even if you do end up turning around to fight. I'm in the DZ to fight players that want to fight, I want to be challenged, I want to see if my group is better and more organized than your group.

I've seen a lot of people saying "if you want PvP, go play a PvP game". I think that mindset is only going to be detrimental to the Division. We can have both good PvE and good PvP, it is possible to have a game that both sides enjoy.
