Those studies are made up in your head man. I could procure a study that says blind resume hiring practices resulted in more hiring of men. No one is equal -- we are all different, who knows why someone got hired and someone didn't. I know for damn sure companies are oriented around hiring the best talent out there and try not to be so superficial. After all, that's what has been our culture for decades at the top of the world in every conceivable aspect, including gender equity.
